There already was a suggestion for the models to be changed but it was denied due to a lack of support for it to be changed. But at this point I do agree that E-11 needs a model change as MTF should look intimidating but a blue uniform doesn’t really show that. These were the models first...

+Support This would be a cool thing for medical to have but I think the only thing I would change its it being non-combative as much as CI and D-class have there own Combative Type-blues Foundation is strong and wouldn't need any sort of Type-blue to help them

+Support The jugg is supposed to be more noticeable and even with the armour loss 500 health is still enough to take on a lot of people and it just make sense as this seems like its on the line of jugg not being able to use 914.

-Support Having two bios is already really strong, having a third would be incredibly broken especially against 049 and even then 008 Isn’t that bad and even if it does get really bad ERT exist so they can help dealing with it.
