As much as I can see the sentiment, the usage of this tool has yet to demonstrated and I'm willing to see how CI on UK and USA utilise this tool before making comments. Yes, GOC and F can steal it but it'd be extremely difficult based on location (for MR's), I do agree with the sentiment this...- Merrick Travolta
