No, you use inversion to invert the effects of harm. If anything, being hit with a tranq should give you a short speed boost and maybe a screen effect, not just not doing anything.
I'd rather chefs and food be removed entirely. It's just a minor annoyance ever so often and pretty much never involves RP, as there's never a chef around when you actually need one, so it's just MRE simulator. Adds pretty much nothing of value to the game outside of a crappy cooking minigame...

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it so that when you are on the main menu (and possibly during loading) the main menu music located in the game files at sound/vwar/scp/main_menu_music.mp3 in the content pack (specifically in CG SCP Content) actually plays, instead of the...
This would, however, either need an in-character explanation, or be yet another thing that cannot be explained IC despite being clearly a thing that exists and that can be seen IC.
A way this could be somewhat helped is by making it so CMs are/can be trained for dealing with 008 infections, so they can focus on the infection part while biohazards focus on the spores. (If it were up to me, I'd also add a Biohazard Remediator job that would be a CL3 janitor role with 008...
This has always been the case, staff can't just outlaw a server feature. As long as you've got reason to have them on, you can utilise them fully. I also can understand wanting to remove the meter from the HUD for them, but making Hume levels more complicated than they already are is 100% not...
I can't lie, I'd completely forgotten about the CSG interview because I did mine so long before I got LT I forgot it was even related. Though to my memory it wasn't exactly thorough.
On UK server, I'm fairly sure E-11 has never had any kind of interviews or anything for CO. It's just treated the same as NCO, you do your reqs and then it gets announced during the meeting that you're a CO and that's the first you'd hear of it.
With AA, that's my problem - it needs firing...
The key things I'd change about E-11 would be:
Make COs actually have to show they're both decent at RP and that they actually intend to do something useful with the role rather than sitting around and taking up a slot. Especially for COM/LTCOM. This applies for any regiment, but Nu-7 and E-11...
