    You don't need warfunds for ALL your combat advantages though. There are some things you could use outside of that so they dont feel meaningless. If you feel the need that needs to be that way, then I feel like you're 100% overlooking the PvP aspect that has a bit of balance.

    +/-support I think 079's balance is already there. As Yurtin stated, would be nice having those SCPs breach tools removed if 079 breaches them. That was the constant issue that got them removed from when normal players would breach SCPs with only breach tools, it caused lots of nukes.
