I don't think giving combat medic a second spawn especially in HCZ is going to be great (it makes no sense in why they would spawn there as they're part of the medical job) I would agree on changing their spawn location back to security sector for more fairness and prevent combat medics...

Me when the door can get destroyed by a SCP but later the random chad techie that does not care about anything that would insta lock onto a door and immediately fix it making it even worse.

There is no need for any changes for D-class as they're already weak with only getting pistols from the scrap dealer against a fully armoured GSD and 457 ( I rarely see them get breached so I don't know why the SCP is included) the SCP is already weak enough with limited sprint.
I think you're forgetting that once 966 hits someone he becomes visible so you don't even need NVGs that much when you're with someone because it takes so many hits just to kill 1 guy
It doesn't have a cooldown but it drains all of your energy once you get to level 5 (17 energy usage which is the max) but getting to level 5 takes so long that it ain't even worth it breaching 079 to the fact that you need to use almost all your energy to break equipment etc.
