surely a CL5 RP Lead position that has a fair amount of influence on roleplay and OOC matters would need to have a good understanding of their role.. after all.. they can simply ask for reading material or feedback!

u forget the constant auto-breaches which are impacted by breach votes - it becomes an endless cycle of back-to-back breaches and inhibited roleplay
