Hm. One other issue with this is that CI need to be able to see DEA CL4s for raid auth. I think if at all possible, this should be done for some jobs, but not others - Maybe just finely split them up, make them vaguer than they are, but not so vague to the point that all DEA are just "DEA." Off...

Honestly, this makes sense - Nu7 Officers also got it recently I believe, which leaves GOC having the only Surface-based CO that doesn't have a vehicle repair tool. Given that GOC are supposed to be the strongest of the three, this doesn't really make sense. +Support
