I don't like the forced 1st person vibes.
But locking it to specific locations could be good - especially those around surfaces or hard used combat zones.
Would be even better to also lock it to specific jobs.

Please call sits for this, if you're not holding the weapon our and they just see it when they weapon check you that us not a KOSable situation.
Otherwise I agree with you though, would be good to be able to drop it.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Increase the drop chance for any keycards a person is holding if they purposefully kill themselves. Basically including deaths from:
Cyanide Deaths
Bleach Deaths
Chemical Based Deaths

My main opinion about E-11 is that a large part of their gimmick is "fighting SCPs" but truly they actually don't have much more anti-SCP power than the majority of the other regiments.
The majority of other combative CL3 roles can do the "fighting SCPs"...

I'm not that against this overall and it would be an interesting buff to E-11, I just don't think it would have some insane affect and would be just another randomly used role instead of a specifically focused one.
Being immune to reality benders really doesn't mean a lot, TGs can spawn...
I think currently that SCP-096 just walking out is already a stupid mechanic, and integrating it as a part into it's breach would be stupid too.
I understand the idea regarding the pictures, but perhaps some other mechanic could solve this instead of allowing SCP-096 to roam like this.

Becoming evil for a second - any statement that is "This is a moment where you wait for Site 9" is stupid and shouldn't be said. It isn't productive and doesn't actually show any kind of criticism of the suggestion, in-fact it suggests you are in support of it.
A 100% in-character direct message could be interesting, and a pager is a nice term and way to do this. It is kinda painful that the only way to do it right now is just a comms message of "<Me - You>"...
