Good points However, the remedy is to lock him behind VIP/Whitelist. Make it so that only people who WILL roleplay as Mr. Deeds carry out his capabilities. I don't see the reason of refusing an SCP simply because it CAN cause problems, that kind of reply holds back creativity.
