    It is rather cooked. When I went on USA I would see a bunch of common obvious rule breaks happening but not being enforced. It is not only the lower ranked USA staff members, but also SL and SSL on USA that ignore the same obvious rule breaks, which have an obvious effect on the lower ranks.
