    To refocus onto the suggestion at hand: I removed all activity requirements for ISD Inspector/Commissioner when I was DoISD. Instead, I replaced it with monitoring engagement and roleplay partaken in. ISD SURGED in activity because it didn't feel like a second fucking job. I think it is time...
