i didnt know you could clean bullet holes and blood, its from the new update thats neat, also it will be a proper department

cl3 engineer will be containment engineer, also due to limitations decals cant be removed by a swep, and if they can there was a reason they didnt add it by now, because not being able to clean decals one by one was the main reason why they didnt add a janitor for so long
