During my time on the server, it has been extremely common, and there is essentially 0 way to prove it. And sure, it's obvious when they're headpopped to CI or yourself, but you cannot tell is TS. They also don't have to say "Headpopped!", they can just scream something like "Type Blue!", so...

Excellent point. I think the overall goal of the first idea is to establish a very "General" grounds for what is allowed and what isn't, but that can very easily be warped into what is essentially just ruleplay. +/-Support
