+Support leaning towards +/-Support Typically breaches aren't the best thing ever, however this does supply a small group with RP, and gives a meaningful consequence for not completing the tasking. Only real issue I see is if E&TS are not on, or cannot access HCZ. -

hmmmmmmmmmmmm needs a buff, but i dont think the speed change should be reverted (perhaps just increase the base speed to 049's speed, that being slightly above average) -

it's been awhile and i'll be honest i don't care or notice any major impact from their disappearence. Armor cooldown is voided from armoury's when you respawn which fixes half the issue, soooooooo +/-Support
