Denied Adding CI and GOC cards to have effects within 914.
- support Foundation always has access to 914 unlike Chaos and GOC. It's extremely no risk/high reward. GOC and CI gotta break in and defend 914 during their upgrading time while DEA can literally just call out in Comms that they're using the machine and then get access to every part of GOI bases -

Just asked a head moderator (UK server O5-1) and even he said that Disguise sniping is not allowed. So this suggestion makes no sense as its only purpose is to break a rule of disguise sniping -

-support I'm pretty sure there's a rule against disguise sniping. You must be within talking distance of a person... Meaning you are not allowed to take their disguise unless they could've heard you by pressing your in-game talk button. This would not be a problem with IA as they're inside... -

- support I've never once seen Nu-7 or DEA camp vents for no reason. Not without IC knowledge. We got agents on surface in disguise almost all the time. there's almost never a raid that hasn't been reported by surface agents before it was initiated... All a surface agent need to do is write...
