Staff could intervene if there is intentional abuse/exploitation, and if you have some CI go to reactor room to distract people then have the rest enter main gate, this just sounds like good raid coordination/planning? This suggestion is supposed to make and promote strategy.

Only if you want it to be, you can hold the rooms/hallways outside of the server room, meanwhile one or two people focus on hacking the warfunds. Along with this, you can covertly hack the warfunds while CI may think its just conscripts hacking VS foundation getting a alert on everyone.

Keep in mind foundation can also do the same thing against CI and steal their warfunds, so its not really a one side advantage. CI do need a way to get extra warfunds, and this is just a simple solution so +
