Not a bad response but I have a big issue with "behind closed doors RP" as you should primarily be leading and giving such RP to all ISD members. Apart from that, I'll give a +Support as you've answered some of the main points well

Please correct me if I am wrong, do you have 3 weeks as Commissioner under your belt? What RP have you also done whilst on Commissioner or previously as Inspector? You are ok as a Commissioner but I don't see much from you whilst I am online Best of luck regardless Niko!
