Maybe just the tranq/chim visual effect (the one where every 2 seconds the current frame becomes an overlay idk its hard to explain + blurry), flashbangs are a bit agressive imo.

Im unsure about the blast doors, but the higher floors should remain inaccessible. They will never be used apart from people just being curious whats in there, and for the first few days maybe for hostages because nobody will bother to check there.
