    This is never happening because people are too intrinsically used to Teamspeak and so is a lot of server functions (I.E staff channels) Implementing a sudden change to upend it in favour of a system people turn off and forget about will ultimately hurt communication, whether OOC or IC.

    It's a fake CL4? It's a CL4 card but they do not gain the benefits of a CL4 and they do not get IC access to their comms (they get OOC access only). It's just there to give them access to CL4 areas without granting override all over the place.
