Positives and negatives of the suggestion mean like the development or what will it improve. Not actual buffs and debuffs of the SCP. For example a negative for removing SCP-323 is less surface SCP RP. An example for a positive is like adding a new ruling may be “Removes the need for XXX”

It’s not that outdated. It’s easy to install. Only hard part is getting the server IP which that itself is fairly easy. Overall, TS3 should stay as a requirement, however if radios get a few reworks then I would be open to switching fully.
