You clearly have never tried to actually do what you are suggesting. It's like pulling teeth trying to get any Gensec that are captain and below out of HCZ. You ARE a UK player so the culture might be different over there, I'll admit that.
I agree with SA+ 100%. General Security? Maybe they can make it so if zero E-11 or SCU's are online they can get it. General security's jurisdiction ends in HCZ, So they aren't really supposed to be combatting HCZ's threats.
I realize the sentiment, Get more combatives to heavy so we can stop...
Dawg that is NAWT what we are talking about. We realize that invisible rulings aren't something only staff can see. (Although half the time you don't know because staff don't publicly TALK about it.) The problem is how quickly you get warned for breaking said invisible rules.

This is all coming from someone who mained D-Class for two months btw.
You can do some pretty crazy things with D-Class outside of testing and sampling, but it's not gonna happen in a day. It took me months to become a real trustee and get up to devious shit. Just...
The whole system makes it easy for literally any regiment to sample minus base researcher. And people wonder why I call these sampling regiments monopolies.

Currently it's way too easy for some dipthong chef or Jr researcher to just open the airlocks and let the horde free. And don't even say "OHHH WELL THEN GENSEC ISNT DOING THEIR JOB".
If you think that you clearly don't play Gensec.
