-Support This suggestion is being made simply because the negotiation guidelines are being misinterpreted. It clearly states in the document that you may negotiate for lower and aims to just promote rp of a hostage instead of leaving them for x amount of time.

KH times are set by the leadership/command over the respective regiment/department. If you have an issue with the kh times required to join one of these, then you should take it up with said leadership/command as it has nothing to do with server content.

They're suggesting it for regular GM as they mention "Like staff and SGM" There'd be no downside to it, but if it were accepted, it'd probably be marked as low priority. But I'll still give my +Support.
