You can use time-outs for that kinda stuff, you'd obtain an api key through civilnetworks(dot)com, and it like grants you so many calls per x time before being time-outed.

-Support I think a teleporter all the way from E-11 spawn to SS (which is practically the middle of LCZ) is way too overpowered. So instead of adding an elevator to the map, I think they could way better just put their effort into fixing the existing issues with the secondary spawnloc.
