That's how it's meant to work - authed in-character by E-11/SA and then they are taken out of the cell with GM / Staff assistance.

If 2 gun is deadlier than 1 gun which fires 1 bullet, does that mean guns that shoot 2 bullets at once like Karma 90 or Alternator = 2 gun? Karma 90 + Raijin FearRP = 3 gun?
