While I respect your opinion, I feel you might be biased in favor of D-Class as a U.S Chief of Security. I believe most D-Class mains can agree that, all things considered, there's a chance this change could be a net buff for D-Class.

Did you not see the compensation buff? That would allow D-Class (base role) to actually escape and potentially hack out SCP-457. This nerf was strategic towards the overall server microbiome, as a 457 meta could potentially arise with D-Class the way they are now. Alright, alright, let's try...
