This could be acomplished without staff assistance at all. A permaproped gmobjective for example is a possibility (I Have an idea on how to set that up) and keycards wouldn't be required unless they want to be hired into staff for some reason, in which case SA/SC areas likely have a printer spare

Except it isn't, if you add a checkbox, print the docuemnt you can check and uncheck it as many times as you want, my suggestion is that once a box is checked it cannot be unchecked essentially.
