This is a major issue with the game-mode, You can't have a custom person outside of lag causing PAC. This would help resolve the issue. And make the Bio section useful.
A short, Simple description of a person would be fantastic addition.

I remember participating in an event, where the GM was struggling to keep track of all of the actions being performed by the group. This would solve that very issue.

As this is suggested, I think this would make sampling even more boring,
For example with 173, This would completely remove the risk of looking away to put the samples in the flask. Eye contact can be maintained at all times by the sampler.
Or with 939 you have to worry about moving...

Currently, it's very difficult to find previously uploaded files. It is a pain to ding through all the folders. And the search function is very basic. This would solve it completely.

I agree. Time Tracking and Quotas make playing less fun, It causes people to play just to get their garrys job done. Instead of Actually role-playing. From what I've seen, players with a quota focus on that above all else.
I've honestly avoided applying to CL4 just because I wouldn't have fun...
I did a research study on methods of resisting it's effects when I was starting out in research. Where I gave Class-D various food, drinks and drugs in order to see how it effected the survivability and the "pull". And another research study I participated in as a Class-D was a newer researcher...
I wish I was sent into SCP-012 as a D-Class to die. It's nearly always SCP-1025, they tell you to read the book and do nothing else.
