SCP getting the majority of the network focus for 3 years or so and still being unimaginably worse than MRP on every level

They were removed before at a time when they were actively used for callouts, I still think there could be a usage for them if used correctly and consistently. Ie establishing a frequency in a briefing before war that regiments can use to communicate specifically with air regiments or HC etc...
