Not MC&D's core function.

C.I Deep cover except we aren't there to raid, breach scps, or kidnap people. We're just looking to make $$$ off of groups failing to take proper care of their sites. We might steal an scp. But that's about it.

Besides the ability to actually infil properly, upon being seen most people immediately point guns at us. If we are meant to steal things we should have the ability to do it covertly. Rather than being forced to be noisey.
