What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I have been a member of the server for a very long time and recently I have gotten pretty bored and have been reading up on a lot of Old and New SCP lore. I know a lot about SCP-096 and its behavior as it was one of my most favorite SCPs to research recently. I'm also a "respected" person in the community because I used to be the oldest Exec. Researcher on the US site and was known a bit.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
He must be sitting down crouched but if he hasn't been disturbed for 60 seconds he may roam around. Crying, moaning in sadness, and just being the miserable thing that he is normally.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
096 may only go to the locations of where his targets are and kill them, nothing else. Besides that he is permitted to be anywhere so long as that doesn't involve him breaking any of his character rules.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
He must be bucketed, Beamed, and cuffed then brought back to his CC. In order to make sure that no dangers are presented when approaching him, personnel must have scrambles on. After that repair the doors if they're broken and leave the area.
