Failrp | RDM, I gave Class-F to a cadet and told him to kill the guy in a suit, turns out the guy in the suit was a facility inspector.

I Understand how 096 works and behaves. I understand it's rules and what's it's supposed to do.
What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?:
When pacified 096 sits (crouched) and cries and if left dormant for more than 60 seconds he may roam
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go?
Where ever 096's target is unless in a staff room or an unreachable area.
Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
No, 096 may only enter D-Block if someone viewed 096's face and is currently in D-block.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Personnel with scramblers will follow 096 until it has killed it's final target, once that has happened they will bucket 096's head and attempt to bring it back to it's containment where they will place him back in his sweet little box and close all doors and secure 096.
