Why should you be unbanned: Because me and SCP-106 (Jeff Cezoscki) were chillin playin music away from people and she brought me away, I wasn't annoying anyone really.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

You have admitted fault to violating server rules, furthermore your appeal is disingenuous, micspam is against the rules, just because its "not near anyone" does not change the rules, furthermore to hit a Class D punishment for micspam means you have ignored 3 prior warnings issued for the same behaviour.

Furthermore it would be remiss to not inform you the fact your name violates our naming convention rules in game and you will need to change this when you next log in.

I have also been informed that you have received prior Class X and this is your second Class D for this punishment, for future instances of micspam, you will be issued with Class X punishments which will stack further.

As this is a 1 day ban, you may not appeal this any further.
