Partially Accepted 22415 attention grabber

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
add something that notifies 22415 of something being in its dimension, causing it to be an annoyance. this could be an event where CI and or GOC is experimenting in the helpers dimension, where they find something that grabs the 22415s attention, this could be used in conjunction with notes to have 22415 go to our bases for things like interviews.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
could make for a fun event. would allow other GOI's to have some rp with 22415 without relying on one of them deciding to pop by.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
the obvious one is CI could abuse this to kidnap 22415 and try to sell him back (could be countered by needing to raid to get said object.)
there is also the time it could take the devs to make this, along with all of the fixes they may be working on with 22415 currently.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
i think this could be an opportunity for CI to actually have some role play, along with utilizing the new scps with other GOI's rather than the scps themselves being entirely focused with the foundation.

maybe instead of globally, just within a very large radius. although that'll be a little funky if you think about proximity because even then; if they're on floor 2 and CI go into the dimension, it would need a very large radius to pick it up (and if does, there's also the possibility of weaponising it - i.e. they can just stand vigil on fl2 even though it would be failrp for them to do that in this circumstance imo)

personally, i want to be able to grab their attention by maybe dropping and object with a note attached in front of foundation asking for an interview. it would just have to be dropped in their dimension obviously. i think there is a lot of cool possibilities for these new scps and it would be nice to grab their attention if we want to do rp with them
