What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
1: Giving a Level 1 Key card to 912
2: Giving a weapon checker to 912
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1: Giving a Level 1 key card to 912
Allow him to be able to roam better around LCZ and close doors
to stop D class from escaping
2: Giving a weapon checker to 912
making 912 more Effective during code 2,
and he will be able to help out more around D block
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1: Giving a level 1 key card to 912
there's a possibility of 912 using the key card to help class D escape
but 912 has to follow orders from Military Personal, if he does not do this it
would be consider Fail RP and would get Reported
2: Giving a weapon checker to 912
he might try and take away weapons from Guard, IA,
but 912 take's orders from Military Personal so they can order him not to

Overall to make 912 More useful and Effective around D block Instead of just standing there
waiting for orders.
