Content Suggestion 966 Exhaustion stare effect

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

SCP-966s stare can make people really tired so they move slowly and clumsily. They might trip, drop things or get blurry vision. As it gets stronger they lose their balance. Eventually ragdoll from exhaustion making them an easy target.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

I’m not sure if a similar suggestion has been made before, but as far as I can tell, this one differs in how it expands SCP-966’s abilities and adds a new mechanic to its behavior.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
* Further expands testing on the SCP
* Improves the 966 breach gameplay and makes it more than just rushing to the surface or attacking anyone that you see before they see you

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

* Playing against 966 during a breach might become annoying towards Foundation, CI, UNGOC
* Dealing with it on surface might be a tad annoying as well.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

SCP-966 is a relatively under tested SCP. Most interactions with SCP-966 are during breaches or when people are collecting samples for chemical production. As a standalone SCP, there has been limited direct Tests or dedicated research focused specifically on it.

I feel like 966 is extremely underwhelming in basically all of its aspects, both in gameplay and in representation of its article. Its main property isnt the fact that it is invisible, but that it does its hunting by just exhausting its target to the point that they die of sleep deprivation or whatever. Any type of representation that is a bit more interesting than "press button to screech and everybody now has a death timer" is a great idea. I dont know of this is the right way to do so, but its an interesting idea.
