What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds a Heavy Weapons License Requirement to the CI Delta Operative Job.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Better monitoring of who has access to the Delta Operative Job
Delta's are trained to use the Delta Operative job (E.G. A HWL tryout/handbook would be made)
Puts the Delta Operative Job in line with the other Heavy Weapon Jobs (As Breacher/Enforcer/GOC Strike Team all need a HWL)


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Potential under-use of the license, with it being given without a tryout.


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel as though this should be accepted as both the UK and US CI have agreed to this, and that it's quite a small and easy change that could help CI maintain order for who can play on the Delta Operative Job.

(At least on UK) CI doesn't have any kind of licensing system. When we get the rank that needs a license, we just call a sit and get the license. This won't really change anything unless you plan to internally change how licenses are given within CI.

Also unsure about this sort of thing being cross-server, might want to check with US CI to make sure they're ok with this, too.
