Adds AA-12 to 914 when items are put in on very fine

Can use AA-12 on humans
Adds really good roleplay to 914

Should be accepted because it's just the best suggestion of 2025, might as well add nitro back to 914 with it too

I like it and would be fun to do and use. The only reason i would -Support this is because overseers or ECM's doing "testing" and making 5 billon of them like they do with DB's
