Add an ATM to D-Block

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds an ATM to D-Block that will allow you to do IRL banking while on Civil Networks servers. You could:
>Invest in stocks
>Take money out, put money in
>Take out loans

All while playing Civil Networks.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Increased server health
Potential overlap between IRL and the "game world"

Difficulties opening up a new business model

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This idea bridges the gap between longing to play games, and getting valuable work done irl. Why waste time closing GMod when you can multitask? Attempt to break out of the D-Class Holding Area (The DCHA) while also financing your divorce. This idea could increase server health, while also nerfing 457.

Once again the burn meta enforced by SCP-457 is too insane to continue, it makes all other SCPs useless to play (Excluding SCP-079, whose ability to hack fire extinguishers is an excellent team-up ability for SCP-457) thus a nerf to this vastly overpowered SCP is needed.

How many more suggestions do we need to make BEGGING for the nerf of SCP-457 before someone finally listens? When will this madness end, my knees are already bloodied and cut from praying for the end of this torment, please Mister Senor Admins, do us this pittance of a favour and release us from SCP-457.
