-No stripping people without them having any chance to react
-No random stripping of random people
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
As funny as it is to strip a friend from time to time for giggles, it should tell you if someone is trying to take your rifle and comms. Right now you can just talk to someone with your rifle in hand and still be stripped without knowing it
