What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adding the EZ (Entrance Zone) conference room to the /calandar schedule as a schedulable room.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
May require the addition of a schedule sign near the conference room, although I can see this addition as being optional and unnecessary for the implementation.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion would help lead to more utilization of existing map assets, and enhance the RP atmosphere of this area of the facility that doesn't currently see much use.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- This would make booking department meetings a bit easier in-character
- Gives the room more visibility by being able to be scheduled, as this room/area of the map is currently very sparsely used
- Gives an additional venue for smaller meetings/lectures that don't need the entire space of the lecture hall
