Denied add oven in surface armory

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a oven to surface armory

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
cook freshly scavenged items easily and safely
cook cyanide pills right there without swapping to chef

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
more prop
less chef i guess

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because i think a oven on surface would be great way to pass the time of when nothing going on in surface like just sitting there waiting for a raid id rather be cooking the pills.
