What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggesting aims to add a clipboard and breifcase back to 073 Due To him being only accesible to a level 2 keycard i wish to make this so hes more played since this was a large reason many played 073

-More detailed scp interactions with him
- make the scp more active within the community

Based on the positives and negatives this should be accepted since 073 is currently just an scp with a keycard essiantly a glorfied 999
