Accepted Allow anyone inside of LCZ Non-Specialised CCs to hear voice from outside (Aside from right by the door)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:​

When you are inside some or all of the containment chambers of the LCZ non-specialised SCPs area, you are not able to hear people use voice if they are outside of it, unless you're at the door. I don't know exactly how this in particular works, but I'm aware that it's a form of mapping change? The point of the suggestion is, if possible, to change this and let everyone at any point inside the non-specialised SCP CCs hear what anyone's saying from outside - And I guess, vice versa, since it can't be a one-way thing.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:​

Unsure - This is a difficult issue to specifically search for as it can be described in multiple different ways, also typos and such. I would think it's possible, but I haven't been able to find anything.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):​

• Improved RP with SCPs, whether they're SCPs that spawn in those CCs or SCPs that get put in there (surface SCPs, event SCPs, etc.)
  
• On the assumption that this applies to 912's CC, D-Class or GOIs breaking out 912 can better facilitate offering a deal to it.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:​

• On the assumption that this applies to 912's CC, a potential increase in teaming with the improved communication from say, D-Class or CI - However, it stands to reason that, regarding people that are of the inclination to do so; They would have done so/be doing so in already available ways. This is simply another avenue for them to. By my understanding, this is already a fairly heavily policed issue by staff and may actually result in more people being caught teaming if they try it this way? And to be honest, they can already just do it through the door, anyway.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:​

Hey look, a non-complex suggestion. So yeah, I was doing an event and was kind of surprised by the fact that this is the case. Generally event and surface SCPs are stuffed into the non-specialised SCP cells in LCZ for RP, so I think the benefits of this change outweigh the deficits.
