Accepted Allow Cartographers to Credit people

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

The ability for Dimensional Cartographers to credit people (D-Class, GSD, Medical)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

No it has not.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

It'll allow them to credit those who attend their tests.

It'll encourage more testing with the rifts.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Dev time?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

They're Researchers too and they should be able to credit those who participate in their tests.

I believe that the GOIs came from Witch not wanting Non-COs to be able to credit people within Regiments like GOC
