Accepted Allow RP Leader Positions to build Props

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Hi, hello, this suggestion would allow RP Leader Positions such as MTF COs, Department Heads, SA, SC, CI-C, GOC And so on to be able to put down and build props, use adv dupe, precision tool, etc etc, This in turn would help those RP Leaders to start making RP More fluently and relieve some pressure off of Staff

I Saw sometime ago, the creation of a tag called "RP Leader" which was similar to TGM, GM, SGM, etc etc and that tag could be given that power, and the tag given to RP Leaders

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not im aware of

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
RP Leaders get more fluent ability to create RP (Checkpoint RP, Office decoration, Training Areas such as a Gun Range)
Staff get less stuff to worry about
Those who want something built can build it specifically to their liking how they want

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Cant think of any

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
more pros than cons, cant see how this can go wrong

Been ingame for months yet zero word about it. Seems staff gave up with it tbh. While this idea would be nice they'll probably just add it to the backlog of things that will not be sorted.

You can also ask GM's for RP enhancement props. Like, that's a part of our job.

but you can just, ask a GM for stuff if you need it and i would encourage doing so

- already planned and in the works, just more urgent things to work on right now, you guys have a workaround with GMs and Staff for now.
