What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I believe I'm the best candidate because I have a strong motivation to perform the best I can in any position. I'm very coachable, and I know that I could excel as an ECA. I know that ECA is a challenging position to hold, but I'm confident that I could rise above it. I have also worked within ISD, who works closely with the Ethics Committee to enforce the CoE and the Legal Codex.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
The foremost responsibility of an ECA is to carry out, assist in, or oversee operations and orders given by the Ethics Committee. ECA's have duties to fulfill when not under Committee orders. ECA duties include, but aren't limited to; investigations, audits, creating personnel files, assisting ISD with operations, or even just overseeing site operations. ECAs might also be assigned to observe or watch over certain departments and evaluate their performance, as well as handle and distribute necessary punishments for violations of the Code of Ethics.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Artyom 'Skitz' Antonovich was born November 28, [REDACTED] in the small rural town of [REDACTED], Nebraska. Artyom struggled with behavioral problems in his youth which followed him into adolescence. Although he received meager marks in school, Artyom had an undeniable grasp on government and law that far exceeded his years. Artyom's proficiency with history and civics, along with his blunt and cynical personality earned him the moniker "Skitz" in light of his unique perspectives. Having finally found a passion for academics, Artyom recovered his academic career just in time for his graduation from [REDACTED] High School. Although he was denied from many, given his less than optimal report card, Artyom secured acceptance into [REDACTED] University, a small college in West Central Indiana. Artyom thrived in the college environment, scoring impressive marks and an unusually clean disciplinary record. After 4 years of engrossed study, Artyom graduated from [REDACTED] University with a degree in both Criminology and Criminal Justice. Artyom entered into the Law Enforcement field right after college, enrolling into [REDACTED] Academy, however, he did so under an alias. Whilst completing his training at the Academy, Artyom was disassembling any traces of his existence that he could. By the time he finished and joined the police force, Artyom Antonovich was dead, on paper at least. He served at the [REDACTED] Police Department under the alias "Zachary Attano" for 3 years before being promoted to a Detective. To say that Antonovich excelled in this field is an understatement. Within a year, Zachary Attano was also dead, and Artyom was on his way to Site-65, having been scouted by a foundation agent stationed at the very same PD. Artyom's recruitment into GenSec at Site-65 marked the first time he had ever left the midwest, but he appeared generally unphased by the relocation. His education served him well, even within the General Security Department. Leveraging his knowledge and experience on the force, Artyom steadily climbed the ranks of the General Security Department, reaching the rank of Captain after just 2 years of service. Given his law enforcement experience, it's no wonder that Antonovich was soon promoted out of GenSec and into the Internal Security Department. Artyom worked faithfully in the ISD, learning their operations and of course, working alongside the Ethics Committee. Artyom worked like a hound from hell, tracking down outlaws within the Foundation became a home to him. However, Artyom craved bigger targets, looking to ensure that no one could escape the cruel indifference of law. This brought Antonovich into the fold of the Ethics Committee, where he could make sure nobody, regardless of clearance, could escape persecution for their crimes.
