In the kindest way I can put this Rox, I think this PAC is relatively low effort in comparison to your skill levels and what you've shown previously. Conceptually its good, it's unique and interesting, but visually it's.. Lacking? There is a lot of clipping which is forgivable as this is afterall GMOD, but also just the model itself seems.. I'm not sure how to word it? Low quality? Not a fault of yours, just, it seems it wasn't made very well. I'm sure this PAC would look amazing with some different models! You're good at PAC and it was just a little surprising to see one that I personally do not believe is at your standard.

Yeah, the main difficulty is making a Nun with no actual drapes or robe models in the server and i wanted to avoid using imports

Personally, with using base server assets, it's really impressive.

However, this may be the case of importing something from the workshop being your best bet for higher quality results, regardless, I hope it gets approved!
My primary issue is, ive looked for Nun or religious models they are either fully anime, overly inappropriate or starwars, on top of this i genuinely dont remember how to import models 😅
