Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
April 20 & May 3 2022 - FailRP - I was just returning to the server and still re-learning the rules and was acting stupidly therefore given FailRP warnings.
May 28 2023 - RDM - I was just new to rejoining the server once again and relearning the rules - killed another D-Class who had snitched on me for having a gun thinking that i was allowed to.
Dec 31 - RDM - Was messing about with a friend and took it a bit far and RDMd somebody.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?
In my time in GSD, being both Captain and Chief I had some of the most fun I had as any role I have played as before on this server, from leading D-Block through regular situations to leading GSD through a rework (admittedly with the help of O5 and another chief) I always enjoyed playing as GSD and would like to come back and do that again. As well as all of that unfortunately GSD has regained it's reputation as a bit of a mess as of since I rejoined the server and I would like to help fixing that mess and bringing GSD back up to the high standards that it was held to in my time as Chief. (I AM GENSEC)
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I was a GSD Captain for about a month+ and held the role of Chief for several months and learned a lot in that time about running D-Block, GSD and making sure things are held up to the proper standard. In my first month as CoS GSD's departmental rating by SA/Ethics raised significantly, and while CoS and Captain are two wildly different roles in some aspects they are also extremely similar in many more aspects.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Security Captain holds many responsibilities, namely in D-Block however also around the site.
1. Leading/Authorising Sweeps: It is one primary role of captains to authorise and lead the carrying out of sweeps in D-Block on the occassions that D-Block's Rioting gets out of hand.
2. Training GSD Personnel: This ranges from teaching new members of GSD to training existing ones (or other combative staff) to be able to hold RRT licenses & Heavy weapons licenses.
3. Managing D-Block: It is the role of Captains to manage D-Block and ensure that it runs smoothly during day to day operations. This could include managing GSD staff, ensuring researchers are given escorts and ensuring that GSD act according to the FLC
4. Hosting lectures: While a lot less common GSD captains may host (or authorise lower ranks to host) lectures to teach newer GSD members their roles, they should also ensure D-Block is appropriately staffed while these lectures are ongoing.
