Link a copy of the in-game rules here (the url):https://www.civilgamers.com/community/threads/scp-rp-rules.2244/
What will you do to stop this from happening again: not play things through my mic
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? warned once
Why should you be unbanned: Because i was playing a SONG through my mic that had the n-word so i explained to them my situation and that i didnt mean to, and they tried to help but it was still counted for severe toxicity and i ended up getting a 3 day ban after a lot of talking with another admin. Thanks
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i never have gotten a kick or a ban and i never intend to get another one and i dont like ruining the experience for other people so i will not do that anymore
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:
Because i have over 140+ on this server and i love scp and roleplay and this has them both and i cherish this server and have a lot of friends on it.

Hello
I apologize about the ban but as you said, you were playing a song through your mic that did contain the N word in the lyrics. As it is a racial slur it is considered severe toxicity and warrants the 3 day ban that was given. I will talk to SL about potentially giving a reduced ban for this case since your were very remorseful and did not know the song you were playing contained the N Word.

Appeal Accepted

Hi @blixer,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Upon review of your appeal and speaking to the staff member that issued the ban, I have determined that no ill intent was meant. In this particular case, I think the best course of action would have been a warning for mic spam and not a ban for Severe Toxicity. Please note that we do take Severe Toxicity seriously though and any other usage of racial slurs will be dealt with accordingly. Your ban will be lifted and removed from your record (Contact a staff member ranked Admin+ for it to be removed).

Regards,
Alpha
