Hello, I was banned for LTAP. I'll give a bit of context of the Job abuse. A Mass breach was going on, after dying to multiple SCP's, the last one being 096. I decide to switch to the Containment Specialist Job (I was a Tech before switching). I then proceed to RC 096, or rather Cuff him as I wasn't able to fully Recontain him (I'll say why here in a sec). The 096 player confronts me in the OOC chat saying I was Job abusing, I switch back to the Tech Expert job, after approxiamately 5 minutes. Because I didn't want to hog a Containment Specialist Job since I had to AFK to attend to a appointment I had IRL. I go to the Bathrooms and that's the last thing I did on the Server before leaving my House. In that time I must've been brought to a sit probably because of the Job Abuse.

After arriving at Home after about 4 hours, I was greeted with a "Failed to connect after 6 tries" Screen, I didn't think much of it as this happends quite frequently, since my WiFi really isn't the best. After trying to connect to the Server I was greeted with a Ban Screen. I personally think that the LTAP Ban was not valid, as 1. I wasn't aware that I was in a Sit, since I wasn't at home and 2. I fully timed out, I know there is a rule saying you have 10 minutes to re-join before you get banned, but I wasn't able to do so as I wasn't at home and I didn't even know that I was in a Sit. Now, by no means am I fully innocent in this case. I do admit to the Job abuse, this is something I shouldn't have done. To be completely honest, I didn't even know that this was a rule breaking. As I am quite new to the Server, which really shouldn't justify it as you're expected to read the motd opon joining a new Server, I should've known better and I deeply apologise for that Incident. However, I do believe that the LTAP Ban was not valid. Once again I don't wanna sound like that I'm completely Innocent and haven't learned anything from this, I have and I will keep this Incident in mind!

: Yes, Warned. For Hitbox abuse, which I've learned from.
Why should you be unbanned:
I believe I should be unbanned because I am rather new to the Server and I truly enjoy this Server a lot. I don't wanna sound like I'm completely in the right, I am definitely not. But the LTAP Ban In my opinion is false. I'd 100% accept a warn for the Job abuse though.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
By reading the motd thoroughly and Using this Incident as a learning experience.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:
Because this is one of the few Servers I truly enjoy and that genuinely has a lot to offer in terms of Content.

First and foremost thanks for creating an appeal, I'd like to give some context from my side of the occurrences that lead to your ban. A player had reported you for job abusing to switch from a non combative role to a combative during the breach in order to use the information gained whilst on the non combative role in order to attempt to re contain the SCP. In which after checking logs I had brought you to a sit in which after waiting a couple minutes you disconnected. After waiting 10 minutes, per punishment guidelines I banned you for the according time on the basis of previous warnings and conversating with the individual who reported you just before you had "Gone AFK".

If I recall correctly, I only said 1 singular thing before going AFK. I did not think that the Player would call a sit on me and I'd rather not miss my appointment irl to wait and see if I'd get a sit called on me

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After having talked to @'Falcon' / Stealth regarding this ban, I've come to the conclusion that I don't believe that you had any real intentions of LTAPing. Furthermore, the ban was only supposed to be a 1 day ban instead it was a full 3 day ban which it never should've been in the first place.

Sorry about this inconvenience, your ban has been fully lifted & removed off of your record/warnings.
